The Planet Talks

Philanthropic support, most notably by Claire Pfister and David Paradice, has underpinned the presentation of The Planet Talks for many years now.

Staged in the historic Speakers’ Corner of Botanic Park where since the 1880s speakers have gathered to debate the issues of the day, this three-day forum of discussion and debate features stimulating and inspiring Australian and international speakers. Sessions explore a range of new ideas and topics dealing with science, nature and our sustainable relationship to the planet.
